Description
ActiveFence is seeking for Junior IT HelpDesk
You will be working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the company’s systems infrastructure while focusing on security protocols.
- Provide professional service and support for end users and colleagues in all ActiveFence sites.
- Work on complex and escalated support issues.
- Work in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Create/terminate users and virtual working environments (onboarding/offboarding procedures and automation).
Requirements
Must have:
- At least two years of proven relevant experience in an IT support role
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of ‘Google Workspace’ platform (G-suite)
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices
- English speaking and writing skills at a high level
- Well-organized with close attention to detail
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
- Service-oriented with good communication skills, both verbal and written
Advantage:
- Experience working with Okta, InfiniPoint, and Jamf (the IT core systems) - a significant advantage
- Experience working with AWS cloud platforms (ec2, s3, workspaces)
- Familiarity with Network infrastructure and configuration
