Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain scalable mission critical cloud infrastructure
  • Write clean and efficient infrastructure automation code
  • Collaborate with skilled developers and big-data engineers to improve data processing
  • Use your expertise and skills to assist analysts and researchers fighting online evil
  • Take part in promoting and integrating a DevOps culture in the company

You Are:

  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently on complex projects
  • Able to lead projects end to end (design, implement, release, monitor)
  • Have experience in building and maintaining a large scale/enterprise solution in production

You Have:

  • A can-do attitude with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good coding and scripting skills (advantage)

Requirements

Mandatory experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience working as a DevOps Engineer in large-scale production environments.
  • Managing and working on public cloud infrastructure (AWS a big advantage)
  • Infrastructure as code solutions (Terraform a big advantage)
  • High proficiency in Kubernetes
  • CI/CD processes (ArgoCD and GitHub Actions an advantage)
  • Observability - Logging & Monitoring solutions (Experience with OpenTelemetry and/or Prometheus is an advantage)
  • Experience with Linux based operating systems
  • Familiar with infrastructure protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP)

Advantage:

  • Experience with FinOps concepts and processes
  • Security tools and Configuration management
  • NodeJS and Python
  • MongoDB and ElasticSearch
