The Role:
As one of our Intelligence Team Leads, with a focus on the anti-Semitism domain, you will guide a team of intelligence analysts dedicated to finding, researching, and reporting on global anti-Semitism. You will lead a mission-driven team focused on identifying threats, analyzing trends, and delivering both tactical and in-depth reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the analysis team’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Reviewing and approving both tactical and analytical reports
- Leading the team with creativity and critical thinking, addressing challenges as they arise
- Mentoring and supporting team members, facilitating their professional growth
- Serving as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
- Monitoring trends and patterns in anti-Semitism, staying ahead of emerging threats and tactics
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in intelligence roles, with a focus on research, OSINT/WEBINT- a must
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management- a must
- Fluency in spoken and written Hebrew at the highest level - a must
- High proficiency in spoken and written English - a must
- Ability to handle sensitive and challenging content with resilience - a must
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in the field of anti-Semitism or related areas - a significant advantage
- Availability to work from Jerusalem three days a week
