Description
ActiveFence is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of GenAI Account Management to lead the engagement and growth of our AI solutions across key accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is eager to learn cutting-edge technology and services while building deep client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering relationships at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Engage with the client, their leadership, and other stakeholders to align ActiveFence’s GenAI offerings with their business objectives.
Account Growth:
- Drive annual renewals by ensuring client satisfaction and demonstrating the ongoing value of our AI solutions.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across departments and teams within client organizations.
- Qualify opportunities, present tailored solutions, propose business strategies, and negotiate deals to expand account value.
Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of ActiveFence’s AI offerings and associated technologies to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Assist in explaining results and insights generated by the AI intelligence team, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
Internal Collaboration:
- Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams, sharing insights to enhance product offerings and AI results.
- Partner with the AI and product teams to ensure continuous improvement and innovation based on client needs.
The salary range for this role is 300-350K$ OTE - Range may vary based on experience
Requirements
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic accounts in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and services, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive renewals, identify growth opportunities, and close complex deals.
- Experience in qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and negotiating agreements that deliver mutual success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret AI-generated insights and convey them effectively to clients.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in GenAI, SaaS, or technology-based solutions is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets in account management or sales roles.
