The FP&A team plays a crucial role in ActiveFence's daily operations, overseeing key financial metrics and providing support for strategic financial decision-making across the organization.

We are seeking a hands-on, eager-to-learn team member to join us and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Forecasting: Drive the company's forecasting process, collaborating closely with mid- and senior-level management to deliver accurate and actionable financial insights.
  • Financial Planning & Scenario Analysis: Prepare and manage financial planning scenarios, including budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses, to support decision-making processes.
  • Pricing Analysis: Conduct in-depth pricing analysis for sales opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations and insights to the sales and management teams.
  • Sales Commission Management: Oversee sales commission processes, including calculations, accruals and payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Company Process Management: Manage and oversee company-wide processes, including procurement workflows, travel policies, and related operations.
  • Accounting Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure alignment during close processes, proper expense recording, and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in FP&A roles, with demonstrated success in budget control and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience supporting close processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with mid- and senior-level management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
