Description
ActiveFence is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in shaping the future of technology as a Generative AI Trends Researcher. This is your chance to work at the forefront of innovation, analyzing emerging content trends and helping leading foundation models stay ahead of the curve while prioritizing safety and reliability.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with experts across diverse fields such as Hate Speech, Misinformation, Intellectual Property and Copyright, and Child Safety, contributing to meaningful advancements in AI. You’ll also oversee complex workflows with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality data used to evaluate cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Text-to-Image, Text-to-Video, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Handle extensive datasets across multiple areas of concern, ensuring precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Trend Analysis: Investigate and uncover new trends that might affect the safety of foundation models.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with engineering, product, and policy teams to address emerging challenges and develop forward-thinking solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge exchange within the team.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience in research design (Master’s degree or higher preferred).
- Familiarity with Generative AI models is required; however, direct technical experience is not necessary. A background in Social Sciences research with demonstrated expertise in complex methodologies would suffice for this position.
- Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with various AI model types (e.g., Text-to-Text, Text-to-Image).
- Prior experience with OSINT (Open Source Intelligence).
- A proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
