Description
ActiveFence is seeking a highly organized and client-oriented Project Manager to coordinate and oversee the delivery of threat intelligence and safety insights to our partners across multiple abuse areas, including organized crime, human trafficking, child safety, illegal drugs, counterterrorism, and hate speech.
In this role, you’ll serve as the central bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that every deliverable is accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs. You’ll manage communications, coordinate internal workflows, and present intelligence findings to clients with professionalism and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Own client communication and relationship management, serving as the main point of contact, from scheduling meetings and briefings to understanding client needs and translating them into actionable instructions for internal teams.
- Coordinate project delivery across multiple abuse areas by bringing together researchers, analysts, product specialists, and account managers to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
- Review, prepare, and quality-assure deliverables before client submission, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and tailored to each client’s preferred format and context.
- Present findings and brief clients in online and in-person meetings, effectively communicating key insights, answering questions, and facilitating productive discussions.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity of objectives, alignment of expectations, and continuous improvement of deliverables and workflows.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or account management, ideally within intelligence, trust & safety, or technology environments.
- Proven experience working directly with clients, managing communications, presenting materials, and coordinating delivery processes.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Comfort and professionalism when discussing sensitive or distressing material (e.g., organized crime, exploitation, terrorism, hate speech).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, communications, political science, criminology, or related discipline).
