If you’re a proactive leader with deep expertise in threat intelligence, OSINT, and client engagement, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and technical analysts addressing organized crime and exploitation across multiple abuse areas, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and illegal drugs.
  • Set strategic goals, ensure high-quality analytical outputs, and manage project delivery for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a client-facing lead, delivering intelligence briefings, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to partners while representing ActiveFence as a subject-matter expert.
  • Guide the development of tools, automation, and data infrastructure that enhance detection, mapping, and mitigation of organized crime and exploitation networks.
  • Uphold rigorous research standards and ethical handling of sensitive material, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional resilience within the team.

  • Demonstrated expertise in online trafficking, sexual exploitation, or illegal drug trade ecosystems.
  • Experience delivering client briefings, intelligence products, or threat assessments in a professional context.
  • Strong proficiency in OSINT, data analysis, automation, or threat intelligence tooling.
  • Master’s degree or higher in criminology, sociology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Professional resilience and discretion when handling sensitive or graphic material.
