  • Full-time

Description

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for turning our deep-tech AI safety infrastructure into compelling narratives that resonate with GenAI builders, Big Tech and enterprise C-suites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and maintain our differentiated story. You must articulate why Alice is the essential infrastructure for "Responsible AI" in a crowded market.
  • Sales Enablement: Create the "journey” tools for our sales team—pitch decks, technical white papers, case studies, and competitive battlecards.
  • Market Intelligence: Be the eyes and ears of the market. Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitors and emerging GenAI trends.
  • Product Launch & GTM: Lead the end-to-end launch of new features and tools. Define the "Why now?", coordinate across Product and Sales, create collateral, and drive adoption.
  • Customer Advocacy: Work closely with early adopters to turn their success into powerful testimonials and data-backed proof points.

The salary range for this role is $200-250K OTE and stock options - Range may vary based on experience. Salary at the time of offer will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Technical Fluency: You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand LLM orchestration, RAG, and the nuances of AI safety/observability. You can hold your own in a room with engineers. You know how to do vibe coding and do it yourself.
  • The "Builder" DNA: You thrive in the chaos of a high-growth startup. You don't need a playbook; you enjoy writing it.
  • Strategic Storyteller: You have a "Product Sense"—the ability to see a feature and immediately understand the 3-5 ways it solves a massive enterprise pain point.
  • Experience: 4+ years in Product Marketing, preferably in Developer Tools, Cyber Security, or AI Infrastructure.
