env0’s cutting-edge software enables today’s businesses to safely and efficiently move into the cloud, powering economic growth and saving their carbon footprint. env0 makes Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) easy for every developer and test case to create its own environment, increasing their productivity without risk. env0 is a rapidly growing and well-funded startup operating from Tel Aviv, the San Francisco Bay Area, and now opening our sales headquarters on the 9th floor of Boston’s TD Garden complex. Just like our successful sports team neighbors, we believe sales and software development is a team effort, and we are looking for people who work hard, strive for excellence, and can enjoy the journey of getting there.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Play a critical role in building and defining env0’s Sales Development strategies, initiatives, and processes.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to identify target markets, reach out to potential customers, and nurture relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Focus primarily on Outbound prospecting and outreach, qualifying leads sourced by marketing to create viable sales opportunities that become env0 customers.

Please note: This role is in person; therefore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your peers, the SDR manager, and sales leaders, including the COO in our Boston office.

Requirements

  • College graduate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Organized and creative.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with managing client accounts.
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership.
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals.
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
  • Experience and proficiency in developing relationships over the phone.
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volume with correspondingly high talk time.
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, competitive, and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
