We seek a temporary HR Director (three months) to join our fast-growing team. As HR Director, you will support our leaders and teams internationally to scale our business successfully and evolve our culture as we continue to grow.

You’ll be vital in driving organizational growth and designing ways to nurture env0’s fantastic culture and values.

In this position, you will manage the HR processes and administration team, ensure the smooth running of the office, take full responsibility for the global recruitment process, and participate in employee experience activities.

You should be a hands-on person with multi-tasking capabilities, a dynamic personality, and a “can do” attitude

• Manage all processes of the global HR team, including people and office operations, welfare activities, HR policies, etc.
• Partner with the leadership team to develop a people strategy that effectively addresses business needs while building an organizational culture.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Oversee the global hiring process and act as a partner for hiring managers across the company.
