Role Summary:

env0 VP of Finance and Operations will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and management and will manage our ongoing financial and legal needs. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing accurate financial information, managing budget processes, and ensuring the company's financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine financial strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage the finance responsibilities, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Work closely with senior management to optimize financial performance and manage budget needs and guidelines.
  • Provide insightful financial information to the executive team to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management of the company.
  • Develop performance measures and monitoring goals, KPIs and systems that support the company's strategic direction.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and external partners.
  • Lead the budgeting process and implement financial plans.
  • Assess and manage risks to the financial health of the organization.
  • Manage the company’s legal needs and work closely with our external legal counsels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a VP of Financer or similar role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, tax and accounting principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of financial systems and Microsoft suite.
