We’re looking for a brilliant, slightly geeky NLP/LLM engineer who can push the limits of what AI can do in architecture. You’ll help us build the intelligence layer that turns natural language into design intent — making AI a true co-pilot for architects and builders.

What You’ll Do

• Build and fine-tune LLM pipelines to interpret natural language commands for CAD and parametric modeling.
• Experiment with cutting-edge techniques in prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and model integration.
• Prototype conversational interfaces that allow users to “design by talking.”
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and software developers to shape AI-assisted workflows.
• Own the full cycle from research → prototype → production, delivering real-world impact on design automation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of deep experience working with LLMs, NLP, and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar).
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field from a top university, is a plus.
• Solid understanding of model inference, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python (FastAPI or Flask experience a plus).
• A hacker spirit — you love tinkering, testing, breaking, and improving models.
• Passion for how AI transforms creative fields like architecture and design.
• Experience developing chatbots, AI agents, or workflow automation systems powered by LLMs, is a plus.
• Exposure to TypeScript/React or Node.js for building full-stack AI applications, is a plus.
