About the Role: We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support a partner. This unique role offers an opportunity to join the inner circle of professionals shaping the future of technology. It provides hands-on exposure to the world of startups, high-tech, and venture capital (VC) while working closely with founders and CEOs at critical growth stages. The work environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and encourages initiative and independent thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Meeting Management – Coordinate and manage schedules efficiently.
- Travel Planning – Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Project & Event Coordination – Lead internal projects and assist in organizing and managing events.
- Deal Flow Support – Assist in managing investment opportunities.
- Administrative & Payroll Assistance – Provide administrative support, including payroll preparation.
- Vendor & Office Management – Liaise with suppliers, property management, and building administration to ensure smooth office operations.
- Employee Onboarding – Facilitate new hire processes and office integration.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Strong self-learning ability – Quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and industry terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Comfortable interacting with executives, founders, and investors.
- Ability to manage uncertainty – Operate effectively in unpredictable situations.
- Strong prioritization and analytical skills – Balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail – Ensure accuracy and follow through on all responsibilities.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset – Take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Problem-solving & resourcefulness – Think creatively and act decisively in challenging situations.
- Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Conditions:

- On-site role – Work from the firm's offices in Azrieli Sarona, Tel Aviv.
