Key Responsibilities:- Select and test alloys for high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.- Develop novel knitted geometries and coatings.- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to balance performance and manufacturability.- Conduct microstructural analysis, fatigue, and corrosion testing.- Work with suppliers to qualify raw materials.- Document and analyze test results to guide design. Key Requirements:- PhD or Master’s in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering.- 7+ years in advanced materials R&D (heat exchangers, aerospace, or energy).- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
