About the Role
As a Product Manager at LimitlessCNC, you will lead the development of a one-of-a-kind AI Machining Agent, shaping a product at the intersection of AI, algorithms, and advanced manufacturing. You will deeply understand business goals and user needs in a complex, real-world environment, and work closely with AI, algorithms, and software teams to turn cutting-edge technology into a market-ready product.
This is an intensive and challenging role, where you’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible alongside a top-tier, highly talented team. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver a best-in-class product that sets a new standard in the industry.
What You’ll Do
• Translate complex business, user, and manufacturing needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Work hands–on with AI, algorithms, and software teams to define problems, design solutions, and deliver high–impact features.
• Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Make fast, high–quality decisions in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, balancing short–term execution with long–term strategy.
• Act as the voice of the product, aligning engineering, leadership, and go–to–market teams around a shared vision

• Curious, fast–learning, and excited by pushing the limits of what AI and Manufacturing technology can do together.

• A strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a shared product direction
Must-Have
• Strong domain knowledge in CNC manufacturing, including hands–on experience with machining processes or at least 5+ years designing complex CNC parts.
• Proven experience working with complex software–hardware systems, with solid technical fluency and comfort around programming concepts.
• Experience working closely with a software R&D organization, preferably in a highly technical or deep–tech environment.
• Hands–on experience operating in an agile development process, ideally within an early–stage or fast–moving startup.
• Ability to translate real–world manufacturing problems into clear product requirements and technical tradeoffs.
• Strong ownership mindset, with a track record of driving products from definition through delivery.
