We are looking for an experienced B2B Content Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness and create demand for our product by writing engaging, compelling, and performance-driven content optimized for multiple channels – digital and offline.

In this role, you will spend your day writing a variety of content that educates, inspires, and engages our audience of healthcare executives, ultimately helping to build up our brand credibility and support pipeline generation. The target audience includes clinical, innovation, operations, and quality leadership from provider groups, health systems, and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).

Responsibilities

  • Craft smart, on-brand, compelling content for various assets directed at our business audience (including emails, website and landing page copy, ad copy, social media posts, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO content, brand and product videos, event collateral, and more)
  • Manage and optimize our social media channels, including our content calendar
  • Support our ABM strategy by writing hyper-targeted email campaigns, segmented by personas, organization type, and other criteria
  • Support our sales executives with outbound email templates and sequences that communicate our unique value proposition and elicit responses from our key buyer personas
  • Write landing page and web copy to boost our SEO and optimize our paid online campaigns
  • Work closely with our demand gen team to track content performance and optimize content for conversion
  • Work with internal and external SMEs to develop content, such as webinars and speaking submissions, thought leadership posts, etc.
  • Work with our design studio to craft compelling creatives for social media (organic and paid)

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with stellar writing skills
  • 4+ years of experience in a content writing role at an enterprise B2B tech company
  • Highly savvy in social media management (content, best practices)
  • Proven experience with email marketing (cold outreach, nurture campaigns, marketing emails, newsletters)
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently as well as collaboratively, and excel in a high-paced, complex environment
  • Ability to execute on multiple deliverables simultaneously with quick turnaround times
  • College degree in English literature, marketing, journalism, or related field
  • Experience with marketing tools like Monday, Slack, Miro, Hubspot, Canva, and video editing tools – advantage
  • Experience in health tech – huge advantage
