As Revenue Operations Manager you will optimize Navina’s revenue generation process, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive growth. This role on the Finance team will focus on building scalable processes, managing revenue tools and data, and delivering insights to improve revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Process Optimization: Design and refine revenue workflows, ensuring efficient handoffs and minimizing revenue leakage.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Oversee revenue data across CRM and marketing systems; analyze metrics (ARR, churn, etc.) to inform leadership on trends and forecasts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, and define KPIs to support growth.
  • Tech & Tools Management: Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack; recommend tools to enhance operations.
  • Scalable Processes: Identify revenue process bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions with playbooks and documentation.
  • Revenue Reporting: Create dashboards and reports for lifecycle visibility and support revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing end-to-end revenue processes at a high-growth company.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems and other revenue tools (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
