We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about using data to improve health care. This role focuses on the data platform product. You will oversee the acquisition and structuring of data from multiple sources in the healthcare sector to build Navina’s patient datalake, providing users with a complete understanding of their patients.
Responsibilities
- Defining an acquisition process for new data sources and integrating them into the Navina platform, as a service across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of Navina's Data platform roadmap through a thorough understanding of Navina's entire product line, stakeholders, customers, and end users.
- Translate users’ needs into prioritized product specifications. Make tough prioritization decisions on a day-to-day basis.
- Become an expert on the domain, the market, competitors, and trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management in SAAS B2B/ B2B2C company.
- Experience in managing technical products that rely on complex data engineering.
- Data driven, with the ability to both ask the right questions and to analyze data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- High project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Great team player with excellent leadership and personal skills.
