We are seeking a tech-savvy and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will own and optimize the marketing infrastructure that powers demand generation, automation, and performance tracking. As a strategic and hands-on contributor, you will collaborate across teams to maximize ROI and enable seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving and exciting industry.
Responsibilities
- HubSpot Ownership & Optimization: Manage and optimize HubSpot to drive demand generation activities and marketing efficiency.
- Marketing Tech Stack Management: Own and enhance the performance of tools such as ChiliPiper, Webflow, HubSpot, Zapier, and email marketing platforms.
- Automation & Integration: Design and implement workflows and automations to enhance prospect engagement and measure performance impact using tools like Zapier, Make, and APIs.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns leveraging webinars, in-person events, email marketing, and direct mail.
- Proven Impact: Analyze and measure performance for different marketing activities including email campaigns.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to align goals, streamline processes, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Requirements
- HubSpot Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and optimizing HubSpot.
- Demand Generation: Proven track record in lead generation and demand generation teams.
- Automation & Integration Tools: 3+ years of experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, and APIs.
- Analytical & Process Optimization Skills: Strong ability to evaluate workflows, identify gaps, and optimize processes for improved performance.
Technical & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
