As part of our expansion in the US, we are looking for an experienced Director of Enterprise Solutions to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals. The Director of Enterprise Solutions is a direct sales/individual contributor position covering a regional territory that is focused on high-level strategic sales to health systems, ACO’s, APC’s, and MSO’s. This consultative position requires a polished individual who can help navigate potential customers through complex sales cycles. To be successful in this role, you will understand how to go after new business and build relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess relevant healthcare sales experience working with diverse healthcare groups and partnership with C-suite and director-level executives.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Manager at Navina, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence within existing Navina partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and executing expansion opportunities for strategic client partners of Navina.
- Generate significant revenue by identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Champion a consultative approach to identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close complex deals that make a real difference in healthcare delivery
- Be at the forefront of deploying cutting edge AI products and solutions to expand our footprint optimize patient access and outcomes
- Stay on top of the latest market trends, competitive landscape, and market economics, using data and insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Leverage sales tools to track progress, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Forge strong relationships with C-suite executives at strategic client partner organizations
- Travel up to 25% for site visits, presentations, and relationship building activities within current clients managed
Requirements
What You’ll Need
We want to make sure all our employees are set up for success from the get-go and that everyone is a great fit for their individual role. You will definitely succeed if you have:
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience in Healthcare and Tech-Enalbed or SaaS Sales: Familiarity with tech-enabled healthcare solutions, SaaS offerings, or other innovative healthcare products
- Proven experience selling to hospitals or health systems, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with Tech-Enabled Solutions or SaaS: .
- Strong Consultative or Account Management skillset: Ability to build trust and credibility with clients through relationship building and achievement of shared business outcomes. A track record of growing accounts managed to support positive engagement and aligned strategy
- Agility and Adaptability: Strong adaptability and agility in managing multiple priorities and adjusting strategies to changing conditions and priorities.
- Professional CRM Hygiene: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and forecast accurately.

- Experience with IDNs: Direct experience working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) or equivalent healthcare organizations.
- Experience with Newly Launched Healthcare Solutions: Experience selling innovative or newly launched healthcare products and solutions, particularly in virtual care or healthcare technology.
- Proven Success with Phased Deployment Strategies: Demonstrated success in executing phased deployment strategies to introduce and expand new healthcare products or solutions.
- Strong C-Suite Relationships: Established network of relationships with C-suite and senior executives within healthcare organizations, with proven experience in engaging and influencing key decision-makers.
- Advanced Understanding of Healthcare Reimbursement and Regulatory Environments: Comprehensive knowledge of regional reimbursement policies, regulatory environments, and market dynamics that affect healthcare sales.
