As NeuroBlade enters its next phase of growth, our dynamic CTO office is on the lookout for a Sales Engineer with a solid background in solution architecture and a keen understanding of the big data space. Your role will be crucial in steering our sales strategies and technical solutions to meet the intricate needs of large accounts in the technology sector.

- Spearhead the execution of successful Proof of Concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the tangible value of NeuroBlade’s big data accelerators within the customer's environment, ensuring technical and business objectives are met.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their data challenges and tailor POC strategies that clearly showcase the performance and scalability benefits of our solutions.
- Translate successful POC outcomes into compelling case studies and presentations that bolster customer confidence and drive sales momentum.
- Provide expert solution architecture support, aligning NeuroBlade's offerings with customer needs and influencing the sales cycle through technical validation and product advocacy.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D and technical teams to align on product capabilities, enhancements, and customizations that address specific client requirements.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information and alignment on deliverables.
- BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales engineering and solution architecture, particularly in the semiconductor or big data industries.
- Proven track record of successful technical sales to large, high-profile tech accounts.
- Strong grasp of complex distributed systems and various communication protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Direct experience with big data accelerators or related technologies.
- Previous roles within a CTO office or similar high-level technical strategy positions.
- Knowledge of the Chinese tech market and its regulatory environment.
