System Validation Engineer

As NeuroBlade enters its next phase of growth, we are looking for a System Validation Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this position, you will define and develop a comprehensive validation system to assess product performance, identify gaps and issues, and build automation test suites. You will generate dashboards to display system capabilities and run times, constantly innovate on what needs to be tested, and ensure an automated quality check process. Your role is crucial in providing real-time insights on product status, highlighting issues to development teams, and ensuring our product's reliability before release to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate the quality assurance process and provide real-time insights.
  • Analyze and continuously improve testing coverage based on customers use cases.
  • Execute real customer use cases on the NeuroBlade product releases.
  • Identify product gaps and issues before customers encounter them.
  • Contribute to product ease of use improvements.
  • Collaborate with development teams, architects, and customers success to provide actionable feedback and ensure product reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Big Data and Data analytics (SQL).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Bash) and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, Jenkins, Git, Dockers etc.
  • Experience in testing system level features in a SW environment.
  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting distributed systems and services.
  • Deep knowledge of full stack, Linux, and platform system architecture.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.


  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems (HW and SW).
  • Experience of development in existing Data Analytics software solutions.
  • Experience in Technical customer support or system integration.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration processes.
  • Experience with public and/or private cloud architectures.
