Overview

Do you want to build the next big thing in tech? Data now enhances every service and product we use in our daily lives to make them more useful and tailored to our needs. But as the volume of data grows, it’s getting more difficult for analysts and engineers to process it with current technology at the required speed and scale. NeuroBlade is redefining analytics processing through a comprehensive solution designed to accelerate queries and allow everyone to take advantage of data-driven insights.

As NeuroBlade enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced High-Speed Board Designer to join our fast-growing R&D team. In this position, you will be the sole hardware engineer responsible for the design of our new product, transforming initial concepts into production-ready designs. You will lead the bring-up process, troubleshoot issues post bring-up, review and approve layouts and test plans from our manufacturing partner and ensure the design is ready for full-scale production. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, test, and validate product designs, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement and test NeuroBlade’s PCBs, ensuring they meet quality standards
  • Conduct in-depth testing and validation of PCB designs using industry best practices and tools
  • Execute Board Bring-up processes and produce comprehensive test report documentation
  • Lead debugging efforts both internally and with other teams to achieve timely resolution of issues
  • Prepare detailed supporting documents for designs, tests, and bring-up procedures
  • Manage complex DC/DC converters and high-speed layouts
  • Participate actively in the introduction and deployment of new products

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. In Electronic Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience as a board designer
  • Proven experience in High-speed board design, FPGA and CPLD hardware design
  • Proven experience in power supply and analog design (DAC/ADC)
  • Demonstrated experience in performing Bring-up tests for integrated hardware and software boards
  • Familiarity with DDR, PCIe, and SERDES technologies
  • Hands-on lab experience, including working with lab equipment such as Scope, VNAs, spectrum analyzer, etc.
  • Skilled in schematic and PCB design, including layout creation
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Advantage

  • SI and PI simulations and debug
  • Knowledge in RTL design
  • Linux environment knowledge
  • Scripting knowledge – Perl, Python, TCL, etc.
