As NeuroBlade enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking a IT Lab HW Technician to join our fast-growing team. In this position, you will maintain and troubleshoot hardware systems and servers, support the R&D team, and ensure smooth operations in our lab and server rooms. You will gain hands-on experience with hardware installation and replacement while contributing to the growth of our technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operations in computer hardware technology and/or server rooms, ensuring smooth functioning of both hardware setups and servers.
• Managing company servers and collaborating with the R&D team.
• Replacing and installing servers or hardware products as required.
• Ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware in the lab.
• Assisting with general hardware-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

• Good understanding of computer hardware and technology
• Familiarity with hardware installation, replacement, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technological environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible work schedule, including 2 days per week (student position)

Advantage

• Previous experience in a hardware lab setting
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
