NoTraffic is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic with a focus on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to join our team.
As a Product Marketing Manager in the ITS domain, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our traffic management solutions through comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, increase market share, and drive revenue growth in the transportation industry.

Your day to day will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic product marketing plans specifically tailored to the ITS domain, addressing the unique challenges and needs of traffic management
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to gain insights into the evolving ITS landscape, including emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to gather deep product knowledge and insights to inform effective marketing campaigns
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our traffic management solutions and differentiates them in the market
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new traffic management products and features, ensuring successful product adoption and market penetration
  • Develop and deliver impactful marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, whitepapers, and case studies focused on the benefits and outcomes of our ITS solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and industry conferences
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the ITS domain to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations to enhance our product offerings
  • Engage with customers, industry influencers, and partners to gather feedback and insights, leveraging them to drive product improvements, innovation, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to junior product marketing team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the ITS domain

You’d be a good fit if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, specifically within the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) domain or related traffic management industries
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive business growth and market share in the transportation industry
  • Deep understanding of traffic management technologies, ITS solutions, and industry-specific challenges such as traffic congestion, safety, and smart city initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights to make informed decisions and drive product strategy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
