We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the company’s growth and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the right individuals who align with NoTraffic’s culture and vision.

Your day to day will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and create effective job descriptions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contribution to the organization
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for present and future hiring needs, proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

You’d be a good fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment in a technology or transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and their implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. High level of English both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in building diverse candidate pipelines and promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices
