The NOC Manager is a critical leadership role in Operations for NoTraffic. This team member is critical in ensuring scale and support of the critical infrastructure we deploy across North America. You will be responsible for aligning NOC strategies with broader company objectives, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our NoTraffic Operations Center (NOC) continuously provides exceptional value to both internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a leader who is not only technically adept but also excels in fostering team collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring future leaders within the organization. You will be deeply involved with reactive and proactive monitoring, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This team works closely with the broader Operations Team, R&D, Product, and Sales. The NOC is a differentiator in our industry, and something we take great pride in.

Team DNA:
Your team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to monitoring, analyzing, and resolving complex technology challenges, and is directly contributing to safer and more efficient roadways. Currently there are two distinctive teams that this role will manage. NOC Operators (Tier 1) is a 24/7/365 Monitoring and Response arm of the company. These individuals specialize in ensuring our equipment is running at optimal levels across all environments and pride themselves on amazing customer service. NOC Engineers (Tier 2) ensure that our products and services are optimized for each of our clients. This is during the initial installation and throughout their client’s life cycle.

Ownership Areas:

  • Lead the Recruitment of new top tier team members in regards to their cultural fit and technology fit
  • Coaching, Mentorship, and Professional Development Structure to ensure growth within the team
  • Reporting of capabilities, capacity, and analytics of alerts to improve product and processes
  • Team Scheduling and Optimization
  • Process Improvement for the team
  • Technical Customer Support Processes and Execution

  • Experience working with IoT Devices, machine learning, and edge computing technologies will be an advantage, as these are integral to our innovative approach to traffic management

Nice to have:

  • Have direct user and admin experience with Service Now
  • Have experience in High Growth companies
  • CCNA or CCNP
  • Scripting Experience
  • Experience with Traffic Management systems is highly valued, as it will enhance your ability to learn about our company and our clients very quickly
