We are hiring a Sales Operations Sr. Analyst/Manager to lead day-to-day and strategic initiatives across Nucleai’s commercial team to fuel growth and operational efficiency.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to lead day-to-day sales operations and support strategic commercial initiatives. This role will drive business performance by optimizing operational processes, managing daily financial activities, conducting internal and secondary research and analysis, and ensuring process alignment across teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily commercial operations, focused on sales and marketing activities
  • Manage financial operations, including invoicing, budgeting, and forecasting for commercial activities
  • Manage, optimize, and analyze our CRM, focusing on implementing best practices, innovative workflows and analyzing longitudinal trends
  • Research and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Leverage data-driven commercial insights from a variety of sources to develop and execute initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and sales performance
  • Prepare and present a variety of commercially-focused reports
  • Assist with development of sales collateral and execution of special projects
  • Assist with logistics for conferences, team on-sites, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar field (startup/biotech/pharma experience is a plus)
  • Experience in CRM optimization and analysis (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with advanced data analysis tools (Tableau experience is a plus)
  • Experience leading data-driven business, market, and competitive intelligence initiatives (strong PowerPoint skills are a must)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across functions and geographies
  • Resourceful and comfortable navigating through uncertainty
  • Highly organized, with a passion for process improvement and execution
