OneLayer is on a mission to secure private cellular networks for enterprises, enabling seamless connectivity and robust security. We’re growing fast and looking for a passionate Product Design Lead to shape the future of our product experience.

As the Product Design Lead, you will own the UX/UI vision for OneLayer’s product. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver intuitive, elegant, and scalable designs and user flows. This is a unique opportunity to grow with the company and lead our product design team.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record in UX/UI for complex B2B or SaaS products.
• Previous experience in a leadership or senior design role.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Deep understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to create intuitive user flows for complex products.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment.

Mindset:

• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Passion for building scalable design processes and mentoring future designers.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software.
