Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with strong product-marketing depth, someone who moves fast, works across disciplines, and plays a central role in accelerating Opmed.ai’s growth in the healthcare space.

In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives across the full go-to-market lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to shape positioning, build messaging, develop content, and test new channels that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

This is a strategic, high-ownership role at a rapidly growing company, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves building from zero to one, and wants meaningful influence over how a category-defining product scales. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead core product marketing activities: market research, competitive insights,
    positioning, messaging, and support for go-to-market launches.
  • Write high-quality marketing and product copy (case studies, emails, landing pages,
    one-pagers, sales collateral) that clearly communicates value and drives engagement.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid search,
    content, and events - testing new channels and scaling what works.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales to translate product capabilities into simple,
    compelling narratives and provide the GTM team with materials that support pipeline
    growth.
  • Develop analytics-driven insights to optimize campaigns, track ROI, and report results
    to leadership.
  • Own company event strategy and execution, including conferences, webinars.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as presentations, case studies, and
    outreach flows, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 5-4 years in integrated marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the product life cycle and ability to develop marketing
    strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with urgency and ownership.
  • Comfort operating as a generalist who can flex into different tasks.
  • Experience working with Product and Sales teams
  • Experience in the healthtech - an advantage.
