Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Contract Manufacturer Oversight: Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are met
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments, including R&D, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and procurement, to drive project success
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to ensure operational efficiency and project progress
- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize operational performance
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering & management, Operations Management, or a related field – higher degree is an advantage
- 8-12 years of experience in operations or project management (in the aerospace or electronics industry – an advantage)
- Experience overseeing contract manufacturers, ensuring alignment with production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma – an advantage)
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High-level proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
