We're Hiring: HRBP at Ramon.Space – Yokneam

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR professional to join our team and lead a variety of HR processes, with a strong focus on recruitment and supporting managers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
• Provide ongoing HR support to managers
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Partner in organizational development, employee retention, and the implementation of company culture

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in high-tech or industry)
• Proven experience in recruitment
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English – required for both verbal and written communication

• Location: Yokneam
• Hybrid work model – one day a week from home
