We are looking for an Imaging System Architect to join our System Image Performance team.

• Use scientific and applied research methods for solving advanced technical problems.
• Keep track of the latest state of the art in related domains, utilize and benchmark relevant innovative solutions.
• Complete the full innovation path from ideation, literature survey, PoC, simulation, and experimental analysis, to implementation and integration in the new products
• Requirements definition and performance analysis of electro-optical subsystems, including participation in the design process
• Modeling of new system features, configurations, and characteristics.
• End-to-end system performance analysis and evaluation.
• Research and analysis of the impact of system parameters, limitations, and new features on product performance.
• Analysis and solution definition for new system features and configurations.
• Definition of system requirements and guidance for sub-system design in a variety of domains (SW, Algo, HW, Electro-optics, Image sensor, Lasers, FW).
• Close work with all groups in R&D and Product.

• A BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent (advanced degree - preferred).
• At least 4-5 years of experience in the research and development of complex sensor systems, optoelectronics, or image processing.
• Technical experience in imaging systems development, modeling and simulation, sensors research and development.
• Hands-on development experience using Python, Matlab or other analysis tools.
• Self-driven and highly motivated to solve high-impact practical problems through research and innovation.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Team player. Good interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in R&D of CMOS image sensor systems -an advantage.
