We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Innovation team as an Advanced Technology Researcher.

• Ownership of complex experimental systems and meeting challenging targets under tight deadlines
• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary research projects across advanced technologies and emerging domains
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments, simulations, and proof-of-concept studies
• Translate theoretical physics concepts into scalable, real-world applications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation
• Stay at the forefront of scientific and technological advancements and identify opportunities for integration
• Present research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• PhD or MSc in Physics, EE, EO, or a closely related field
• 5+ years of experience in advanced research roles within high-tech industries
• Strong background in applied physics and hands-on experimental work
• Experience working with imaging systems in a development environment
• Experience in optical design simulation tools (such as Zeemax) - an advantage.
• Experience in optical design and hands-on experience with optical systems - an advantage.
• Proven ability to work across multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience bridging research and product development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
