We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our team as a Hardware Engineer.

• Lead board bring-up processes and support R&D engineering
• Perform complex debug and root-cause analysis on PCBAs
• Execute high-precision soldering and rework (SMT/PTH)
• Manage lab operations, kitting, and interface with subcontractors

• Proven hands-on experience in component-level troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
• Expert proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and DMMs
• Expertise in fine-pitch SMT (0201, QFN/BGA) and manual rework under a microscope
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts
• Proven ability to write technical documents, including ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) and detailed testing reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data tracking and analysis
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced R&D environment
• A proactive team player with a strong service-oriented approach
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
