We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Innovation team as an Advanced Technology Manager, leading research and involved with a variety of R&D aspects.

• Ensure our workspace is vibrant, organized, and always "guest-ready," from the kitchen to the conference rooms
• Manage the office’s inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a perfect work environment
• Host guests and candidates, manage front-desk flow & deliveries, and handle day-to-day assistance for our team with a service-oriented mindset
• Support the hiring process by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and leading the first-day orientation for new hires
• Take part in HR projects and lead the onboarding experience for new hires
• Design and execute company-wide events, Happy Hours, and milestones that make our culture unique
• Manage end-to-end travel and navigate complex calendars and scheduling for the management team

• Proven background in Office Management or a similar operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and boost office energy
• A proactive self-starter who identifies needs before they arise and has a "whatever-it-takes" mindset
• High organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex schedules while working independently
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
