We are looking for Field Technicians to join our Bentonville team. This is a unique opportunity to work with world-class customers, stay technical, and enable scale – so think big. In this position, you will be supporting the successful implementation Wiliot products. The Field Technicians are the connecting link between Wiliot’s products and our customers.
In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers, the Field Technicians are interacting with customers at every step of the journey – Form understanding the problem, planning a solution architecture, deploying it at scale and molding the generated data to create customer value.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing technical equipment
- Perform onsite start up support, monitor installed equipment for proper operation, and make adjustments as needed
- Providing amazing service and customer support during field visits
- Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
- Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements

- Ability to work well with a team
- Two-year college degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
- 0 – 3 years of prior field service experience.
