We are seeking a skilled and passionate Frontend Team Lead to play a key role in developing an innovative IoT product and web platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and backend teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces while ensuring optimal performance and seamless real-time interactions. • Lead a Front End team developing an innovative IoT product and web platform
• Collaborate with product, mobile and backend teams
• Take ownership on delivery and quality of software products
• The Team lead should be about 80% hands on.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (CS), or relevant area.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Front End Developer.
• At least 2 years as Team lead
• At least 4 years of experience with JavaScript & TypeScript
• At least 2 years of experience with React
• Experience with real-time streaming (Web Sockets, MQTT) and graph libraries – an advantage
• Experience with browser performance optimizations
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with code quality tools like lint, unit testing etc.
• Experience in continuous delivery, A/B testing, feature flagging etc. – an advantage
• Experience in working with micro-frontend applications – an advantage
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience working for a global company
