We are looking for a Field Analyst to join our Bentonville team. This is a unique opportunity to work with world-class customers, stay technical, and enable scale—so think big. In this position, you will support the successful implementation of Wiliot’s data-driven solutions, focusing on data validation, collection, and analysis rather than maintenance. Field Analysts serve as the crucial link between Wiliot’s technology and our customers, ensuring accurate data interpretation and issue resolution.

In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers, the Field Analyst will interact with customers throughout the deployment journey—analyzing incoming data, identifying inconsistencies, understanding the root causes of unexpected outputs, and driving actionable insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to propose and execute solutions that optimize system performance

• Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Monitor dashboards and platforms to detect unexpected outputs and investigate their root causes.
• Support the implementation of Wiliot’s products by ensuring accurate data collection and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies, providing actionable recommendations to improve system performance.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to translate data findings into practical solutions.
• Participate in network monitoring efforts as Wiliot expands nationally.
• Travel between 50-75% to customer sites to support deployment, training, and troubleshooting.
• Work with tools such as spectrum analyzers, drills, and other relevant equipment.
• Understand and set parameters on devices such as bridges and gateways to ensure proper functionality.

• Understanding of setting parameters on devices such as bridges and gateways.
