As a Program Manager for the Wiliot Cloud Platform, you will be responsible for planning and orchestrating our cloud-based platform, which enables seamless connectivity, data management, and advanced analytics for our cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and customer success, to productively lead our product strategy to execution, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and an understanding of cloud-based platforms and IoT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & monitor development sprints from planning to execution in an agile development environment.
  • Create and maintain release schedules, set development goals, build development and integration plans, and track release milestones.
  • Manage the product backlog, sprints content and prioritizations.
  • Identify and monitor dependencies, unblock barriers to keep the team moving.
  • Manage support tickets and scrub meetings.
  • Drive team iteration execution, communicate with peer teams and stakeholders, protect uncontrolled injection of work.
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic requirements to keep operations running at a high performance and maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Program / Project Management roles
  • Experience with matrix management and software development processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Desire to be part of a fast-growing startup company
  • Self-motivated, organized
  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering - Advantage
  • SW / FW / HW development experience – Advantage
