Their next vision was to develop an IoT sticker, a computing element that can power itself by harvesting radio frequency energy, bringing connectivity and intelligence to everyday products and packaging, things previously disconnect from the IoT. This revolutionary mixture of cloud and semiconductor technology is being used by some of the world’s largest consumer, retail, food and pharmaceutical companies to change the way we make, distribute, sell, use and recycle products.

Our investors include Softbank, Amazon, Alibaba, Verizon, NTT DoCoMo, Qualcomm and PepsiCo.

We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-driven Technical Program Delivery Lead to manage and deliver complex, large-scale, customer-facing projects under aggressive timelines. This role blends technical program management, strategic implementation leadership, and direct customer engagement. The ideal candidate is an executor—sharp, hands-on, and highly organized—capable of bridging customer needs with R&D capabilities, leading pilots and POCs, and ensuring seamless deployment of our solutions.

The role requires frequent travel and significant presence at customer sites to ensure successful planning, implementation, and sustained execution.

Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Execution

  • Lead multiple simultaneous programs from initiation through post-deployment.
  • Drive execution of aggressive delivery timelines without compromising quality.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee customer pilots, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and large-scale solution rollouts.

Customer Leadership

  • Act as the primary technical program interface for enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels—including C-suite.
  • Align project scope and execution with customer objectives and business value.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and execution readiness.
  • Translate field feedback into actionable insights for engineering and product planning.
  • Serve as the communication hub between internal teams and customers for progress, risks, and escalations.

Technical Ownership

  • Understand and guide customers through solution architecture, system integration, and network/LAN environment alignment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution across layers—from hardware to software.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and scalability in customer deployments.

Operational Management

  • Track program KPIs, report on delivery progress, and manage risk across engagements.
  • Own documentation, governance processes, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Build and iterate on delivery processes that scale across projects and geographies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical project/program management, customer delivery, or systems integration roles in startups environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large, customer-facing, enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with aggressive delivery timelines.
  • Solid understanding of hardware deployment projects and enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with POCs, pilots, and full lifecycle technical implementations.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset—relentless on execution.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–50% and lead from the field when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth startups or large-scale tech (Amazon-style pace a plus).
  • Background in enterprise IoT, supply chain, logistics, or retail technology.
  • Technical certifications (PMP, CCNA, etc.) or relevant degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
