Job Description

RapidAPI is the world’s largest API Marketplace serving the fastest-growing community of developers which is currently over one million strong and still growing, by helping them discover, connect to, and manage over 20,000 APIs. RapidAPI also has an enterprise platform - the RapidAPI Enterprise Hub - which companies use as a centralized internal marketplace for all of their teams to manage, share, and collaborate on their APIs and Microservices. The RapidAPI Enterprise Hub is used by dozens of Fortune 500 Companies, tying into their critical integration and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a first-of-its-kind hire here at RapidAPI. The new position within our company will be a catalyst for things to come. It is a chance for the ideal candidate to get exposure to every part of the iteration process; from conception-through-delivery, this hire will is a maiden-type of hire for us that will work closely with our CEO on the strategy and architecture frameworks, as well as to serve as a fantastic opportunity for a special candidate to join a small yet swiftly growing organization where your efforts will have a massive impact going forward.

During these challenging times, RapidAPI is continuing to grow our company. Although we have adjusted the way we work, we continue to push the boundaries of the API development landscape with new initiatives that will continue to reimagine how teams collaborate and work to grow and refine their businesses. Located in the SOMA district, RapidAPI was Founded by Iddo Gino in 2015 and has since raised $62.5M from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Microsoft Ventures (M12), and Grove Ventures. It has offices in San Francisco and Tel Aviv, with a satellite presence in New York, Tokyo, and Estonia.

 

You Will:

  • Set Account Executive sales territories (geographic boundaries)
  • Calculate and approve commissions to finance
  • Own everything in SFDC
  • Confirm lead qualification
  • Manage Sales Process Creation & Optimization
  • Sales business process review and documentation, gap analysis and establishment of the best practices (for sales, not marketing) as well as subsequent process design in salesforce.com application(s)
  • Within SFDC: Data cleansing, deduplication, and migration from a legacy system and spreadsheets into Salesforce lead, contact, and account objects  
  • Create quarterly executive board deck presentation for the sales organization 
  • Work with Finance department to close out the quarter and calculate commissions for the sales team 
  • Create predictive analytics that forecasts daily revenue run rate with 5% accuracy 
  • Forecast for revenue, new and renewed subscription business for Customer Success/support->post-sales

Requirements

You Have:

  • You are a Certified Salesforce.com administrator
  • A minimum of 2 years of ownership of Salesforce administration in a previous role
  • Experience analyzing GTM variable payouts to internal teams
  • Managed a support operations department
