Job Description

About The Position

Acting as the Chief Of Staff to several Sales executives, the Sales Planner is involved in coordinating and executing Sales-related processes within the sales org and with internal company stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. As a Sales Planner, you have acquired an understanding of ActiveFence’s solutions, teams, tools and processes. You know the deals you’re supporting and what's needed from the wider revenue organization. You play a key part in facilitating ActiveFence’s sales processes and driving efficiency of our sales organization. You are the oil that keeps the sales machine running smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Managers and Executives in sales related coordination, across internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Attend and document meetings, communicate and follow up on deal related action items internally, and support the AE/AM according to their sales strategy. 
  • Work across Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and InfoSec to coordinate deal related activities. 
  • Maintain consistent, quality data input into sales tools, such as Salesforce, Monday, SalesLoft and others. 
  • Maintain an updated database of sales collateral and related documentation, and know how to access it efficiently to support immediate sales needs. 
  • Manage the sales schedule, conducting weekly meetings to align the larger revenue organization on upcoming sales related activities. 
  • When needed, conduct prospect research prior to meetings or outreach
  • Assist in preparing legal and technical documentation related to customer engagements

 

 

Requirements

  • Are a communicative and organized project manager with an ability to orchestrate a variety of considerations and moving parts, with a proven track record in exceeding your set goals.
  • Are detail-oriented while running tasks, either by yourself or with others. 
  • You are a committed team player who is open and eager to learn from others
  • Are passionate about developing into a Customer Facing role
