Our multidisciplinary team combines optics and packaging expertise to bring cutting-edge technologies from concept to scalable production.Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, resourceful, and strategic HR Manager to lead and shape our human resource operation during a critical growth phase. While recruitment is currently the central mission, the role encompasses full ownership of Human Resources management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, learning, and employee well-being. This position is ideal for an experienced HR Manager seeking a meaningful, high-impact role in a growing startup.What You Will Be Doing- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.- Develop and own HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.- Support managers and teams in employee relations, feedback processes, and performance development.- Drive organizational initiatives such as learning & development, employee engagement, and internal communication.- Oversee welfare and well-being programs that foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivated workplace.What We Need to See- 3 – 5 years of proven HR experience in the high-tech industry, with a strong background in recruitment.- Significant advantage for experience in deep-tech sectors.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and deliver high-quality candidates.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.- Proactive, independent, and execution-oriented mindset suited to a dynamic startup environment.Ways to Stand Out- Experience in startups or scaling organizations, building HR foundations from the ground up.- Familiarity with engineering-driven cultures, especially in hardware.Please send your CV to: jobs@teramount.com
