The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, driving strategic planning and business growth, ensuring financial soundness and supporting our vision with robust financial planning and analysis. This leadership role, reporting to the CEO, requires a hands-on executive tasked with building scalable financial processes, securing funding, and advising on strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Teramount’s financial foundation for a disruptive hardware company poised for significant growth.Responsibilities - Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, internal audit and compliance.- Lead capital raising efforts, including DD processes, investor relations and funding rounds.- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.- Assess company’s risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Prepare the company for strategic events.- Collaborate with the executive team to shape product development, market expansion, and operational efficiencies.- Build and lead a high-performing finance team as the company scales.- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.- Supervise the dialog and presentations to the board of directors.Required Skills - Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a tech company (preferred HW company).- Demonstrated success in preparing a company for strategic events including managing, compliance, and investor due diligence.- Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting principles, and financial analysis.- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and managing financial and business negotiations (including with international leading customers and vendors).- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance laws and regulations.- Ability to develop detailed financial reports and analyze complex data.- Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills - Background in hardware or manufacturing startups.- Prior involvement in an IPO or major liquidity event.- Independent (both in actions and thinking).Soft Skills - Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.- Resilience and adaptability in a rapidly evolving startup environment.- Effective communicator able to influence and collaborate across teams.- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and motivate teams.- Results-oriented with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for innovation and growth.- “CEO’s best friend for brain-storming”Please send your CV to: jobs@teramount.comOur address : 18 Hartom St. Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
