Hands-on role focusing on design, engineering, and analysis of photonic technologies. Responsibilities: design/simulation of packaging solutions, data analysis of fabricated optics, interpret optical measurements, document fabrication challenges, validate outputs, develop optical simulations, collaborate with cross-functional R&D, prepare technical presentations, and contribute to design strategies. Required: MSc Physics (Electro-optics/Applied Physics), deep understanding of geometric/physical optics and lens systems, optical simulations, Python/MATLAB, high-level math, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, lab experience, fluent English. Preferred: Zemax/Lumerical, free-space optics, signal and image processing, advanced lab instrumentation.
